Which Terrorist are our enemies?

Orson Scott Card (a science fiction/fantasy author of the highest caliber) writes a weekly opinion piece for his local newspaper. He then publishes that piece to his web a couple of weeks later. Card is a long-time democrat, opining along the same vein as Zell Miller. He is not a socialist and not a liberal, but a moderate, well reasoned democrat. Very rarely do I find myself disagreeing with him.

This week's opinion is no exception. He brilliantly writes that to win the war on terrorism, there can be no distinction between international terrorists and local terrorists. As our President criticizes Putin for his reaction to the Chechan terrorists (which I think is a mistake on Bush's part) we see why it is important for us to channel our resources to destroy all terrorism.
