Iraq had no nuclear weapons

The former head of Saddam Hussein's nuclear weapons program details some of the history of Iraq's struggle for nuclear weapons. He talks about the fact that right before the war against Iraq there was no nuclear program, but does explains how it was very legitimate for the west to believe Saddam still had nukes. He ends by saying the nuclear program could have been reconstituted at any time with very little problem and opines why that is dangerous and how America needs to handle this situation.
